Pay Assessment (Community Association Dues)
KC Property Service, LLC, offers the ability for homeowners to pay their assessment online via eCheck and Credit Card through Alliance Association Financial Services.
To make a payment online, visit www.aafin.com, and click “Pay Your Assessment by Credit Card” or “Pay Your Assessment by E-Check.” Please note there is no fee for eCheck payments, but a $19.95 processing fee does apply for all credit card Payments.
